Our ‘brand’ as an employer

Our Employer Brand expresses the entire ‘employee deal’: what we expect from NN employees and what we have to offer in return. This new guideline gives information about the messaging, tone of voice and layout for Employer Branding and recruitment marketing. In addition, you will also find some guidance on how to translate the overall Employer Brand messages into job adverts, career sites and online communications.
